Fun Snow Day Idea for Kids

Snow day and trying to get stuff done while your kids are at home? Try the old food coloring in spray bottle trick.

1. Check under your sink for empty spray bottles.

2. Empty them and clean them out.

3. Fill with water.

4. Add in 2 generous squirts of food coloring. One color per bottle.

Now, bundle up the kids and send them outside with their food-coloring squirt bottles. It should buy you about 30 minutes of time to get something done. Or take a break and just grab your coffee and enjoy the show--the snow art show that is.
