Breaking the Plastic Egg

But this year, I'm seeing all this STUFF with different eyes. When did the celebration of new life and rebirth turn into a plastic-palooza?
I'm asking the Easter Bunny to fill my kids' baskets with more eco-friendly fun--maybe seeds we can plant together and a sketchbook for drawing butterflies...
I suggest a few more ideas for creating an organic Easter basket in this ehow article if you'd like to take a look: http://www.ehow.com/how_4822332_create-organic-easter-basket.html
Happy Green Easter to all.
